Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Please raise a return request with valid justification, within 3 days of delivery i.e, if you receive a product on 1st of the month , please ensure to place the return request(via email and call) by 3rd of the month.
Refund Policy
Shipping cost (if any) will not be refunded. Buyer needs to hand over the product or courier the product to us in proper condition.
In case any client is not satisfied either for damaged products or despatch of wrong products, we can provide a refund after thorough investigation made by Mondal Prakashani.
If paid by credit/debit card, refunds will be issued to the original payment mode provided at the time of purchase and in case of wallet payment,netbanking; refund will be made to the same account.
We shall process the refund within 5 working days in case all the necessary requirements are met.
